Amiga Arena Interview --------------------- Developer: Marcin 'MisterQ' Kielesinski (known as MinisterQ on IrcNet) Software: Mungmem, Sherman Blanker (aminet) Homepage: not exists Mail: misterq@canpol.pl *Please introduce yourself to the readers!* My name is Marcin Kielesinski, i'm 25 years old, i come from Poland, my job is a electronic in TV-Cable. *When did you start working with the Amiga?* Some about... 5 years? *Which Amiga model do you own* A1200 with BlizzardPPC 603/225Mhz + 68040/40Mhz, BVision, 48MB RAM, HD, CD, CDRW, Cable-TV internet connection with cabel-modem Motorola SB4100, PCMCIA ethernet card. *Which version of the operating system is running on your computer?* AmigaOS3.9 and MorphOS. *Which software are you developing?* Currently? It's a secret ;-) *Can you tell us what your software is about?* Mungmem is a system-patch on exec.library Alloc/FreeMem(). Sherman is a funny system commodity based blanker. *What has created the idea in you to continue developing your software?* I like programming, AmigaOS API. *How long has the development taken so far?* I started work with Sherman AFAIR in 1999/2000, but the idea was blocked for long time because of the lack of proper graphics... *Which software are you using for developing?* Asm-Pro, VBCC, GCC, E. *For which system (AmigaOS, AmigaDE, MorphOS) are you developing?* Currently - AmigaOS. But i think about MorphOS, and i will support this system in future. *Which OS will you support in the future?* MorphOS. *What can we expect of future versions?* Sherman, and some new... ;) *Don't you lose the fun and the interest in programming if you see the small amount of feedback you get from the small Amiga market?* No. i like programming, it's a pleasure to me. Simple :) *Do you receive enough feedback for your software?* Yes :) *When did you last use your Amiga?* Today? :) Now i write this words with Ced and my Amiga. *Which software did you last buy for your Amiga?* A RTS game named "Exodus - the last war". *Which software do you still use?* Yam, AmiIRC, Miami, Aweb, Asm-PRO, GCC, VBCC, Prayer, TheMPEGEncGui, Frogger, SoftCinema, Taski SMS, CED... And more, more... ;-) *Which hard/software are you planning to buy?* Pegasos. *Do you believe in a comeback of Amiga?* Hmmm... Not really.
